Pleasant, clean venue with good location just next door to kusadasi in the first place, and the Grand Onder in Kusadasi after leaving the hustle. Very nice and polite staff, quick check in. Awesome experience there: )

The only good think I have enjoyed was the wonderful location and the breathtaking view of the harbor of Kusadasi. The rooms were quite clean. The pool was nice.
Communication with the hotel personnel was mostly poor. Lack of good Management. The approach with the clients poor. Charging immediately upon arrival, early in the morning does not give the best of impressions. For my point of view, the services offered by the hotel do not correspond to those of a 4 star hotel, but only a 2 star hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, with half-board meal service. Very good services, comfort, location, compared to the money paid. Great food varieties, at both breakfast and dinner. Close to the beach and the shopping areas. I would recommend this hotel to whoever is looking to spend a nice holiday, without emptying their pockets.
The cleaning staff members didn't always respect the "Please do not disturb!" sign on the door. The Internet connection wasn't always working.

The room was large and clean (except for the doormat). The breakfast was nice. It had a pool. The staff combined two small single beds to make me a wider bed so I could fit lengthwise.
Maybe the symbol for the owners' idea of what an hotel should be is the sign that greets you at the door warning you they charge for any food you bring in to the hotel. Due to how it is managed by the family that owns it, it works like low end corporate chain hotel. The Grand Onder was the worst hotel I stayed in the whole Turkey. It ruined my experience of Kusadasi. The front door staff, an extreme rarity in Turkey, were completely clueless, I had to send a letter and even though they have a mailbox two meters from the desk, they were incapable of helping me me get stamps or tell me where the Postane was with any degree of accuracy! Their most obvious show of concern for me was whether I had consumed anything from my room's minibar so they could charge me. Definitely no free welcome water for you here. The location, in what looks like a residential area, is at least two scorching km from the nearest beach, and farther from the downtown The sea view is partial. It is about two blocks from the marina, which it "overlooks", with a city block and another hotel in between and rooms get views of the the large cruise ship harbor, and some sea. With the dinner they completely missed the boat. The dinner, except for a nice desert spread, was bad. I have eaten all around Turkey, yet this is the only of two places in Turkey where the grilled chicken was dry as leather, The "Hungarian Goulasch" meat was hard as a rock. The shrimp dish I left untouched due to its intense fish smell. A vegetable dish was fine. The desserts were plentiful and varied, a combination of baklavah, the only unripe fruit I saw in Turkey, and other confections. One more thing, since the early morning breakfast serving staff was the same as for late night dinner, I was left with serious questions about the staff's working conditions and treatment. It is a pity they are not well managed, because the building is nice, but, then.
